New Delhi: Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, are now on their six-day visit to India.
They met England's other hi-profile visitors to India, the cricket team led by Andrew Flintoff at a reception hosted by the British High Commission.
"I love coming to India. It is emotional," the Prince said when asked how he felt to be in the country as he shook hands with the English cricket team and guests.
Asked what he finds most exciting about India, the visitor here for the second time in three years said "Indian people".
Interacting with the cricketers after the end of the three-match Test series, Charles and Camilla posed various queries like 'how has the tour been' and 'what have you done in the matches' (to individual players).
The replies were generally that the tour has been wonderful so far and the team was gearing up for the One-Day series starting from March 28 with the first ODI at Delhi.
Camilla said she loved India very much and liked coming to the country as the guests vied each other to shake hands with the royal couple.
