Celine, the Canadian-born singer and husband Rene Angelil also have a 9-year-old son.

"Celine, Rene and their son Rene-Charles are thrilled," Dion's representative told People magazine. The twins were born healthy but premature and will spend a few days in an incubator. The singer was "resting," the magazine said.
