BSY bail plea adjourned till September 9

BANGALORE: The High Court on Monday adjourned another anticipatory bail by former Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa, in respect to a private complaint filed by JD (S) leader Y S V Datta alleging irregularities committed in allotting tender in upper Bhadra project, to September 9.The Court adjourned the plea after the advocate for Yeddyurappa sought three days time. Initially more time was sought, to which the court objected that it cannot keep such petition pending for more days besides, the Court had already given one week’s time and later adjourned it to Friday, September 9.In the complainant, Datta, alleged that the project was awarded to the highest bidder.
