Patna: Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan today said that all the top leaders from the BJP-led NDA alliance in Bihar will attend Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Parivartan rally at Muzaffarpur on July 25.
All top NDA leaders from Bihar comprising the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) supremo Ram Vilas Paswan, Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) chief Upendra Kushwaha and the Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM), Secular, leader Jitan Ram Manjhi would attend Modi's rally at Chakkar Maidan in Muzaffarpur on July 25, Pradhan told reporters.
Pradhan, who was camping in Bihar to supervise preparations for the Prime Minister's engagements scheduled for Saturday, said senior BJP leaders like former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi and a slew of Union Ministers from the state would also be present at the rally.
It may be mentioned that the Prime Minister would be arriving here on July 25 to attend two official engagements at Veterinary College ground in Shekhpura locality and Sri Krishna Memorial Hall respectively in the state capital, besides attending a BJP rally at Muzaffarpur at which he would kick off the party's campaign for the Assembly polls due in a couple of months, he said At the first engagement at Veterinary College ground, the Prime Minister would inaugurate or lay foundation stones of projects of five central ministries comprising the Petroleum and Natural Gas, Power, Railways, IT and Communications and HRD, Pradhan said, adding all these schemes would be beneficial to Bihar and its people.
The flagging-off of two pairs of trains between Patna and Mumbai, inauguration of IIT-Patna campus at Bihta, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana, launch of Jagdishpur-Haldia Pipeline Project etc. would definitely benefit Bihar and its people, he said.
During his second engagement of the day in the state capital, the Prime Minister would attend the 87th foundation day ceremony of the Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR) at the Sri Krishna Memorial Hall, the Union Minister said.
In his third and final engagement of the day, the Prime Minister would address a mega Parivartan rally at Muzaffarpur, Pradhan added.
