All in all, an electrifying event

BANGALORE: Symphony Services organised the latest edition of Jhankar — the annual event that brought together Symphonians and their extended family to promote greater engagement and inclusivity.The event also featured an exclusive, electrifying performance by India’s Got Talent Season 1 Winners — the Prince Dance Group from Orissa, while showcasing a variety of talent performances by Symphonians and giving their parents and children a peek into the culture and environment of the organisation.With this year’s theme being colours, Jhankar 2011 was designed and conceptualised over the last three months by Symphony employees to bring together three generations — the employees, their parents and children on one platform.Speaking on the occasion C Mahalingam, executive vice president and chief people officer, Symphony Services said, “At Symphony Services, Employee Engagement is a continuous process, with the right environment and opportunities for growth and learning for our employees.Jhankar helps them to connect to the greater goals of the organisation, while fostering greater involvement and inclusivity.”
