The Federation will approach FIFA and Asian Football Confederation for a suitable foreign coach as replacement.
New Delhi: Unhappy over India's dismal performance in the first two qualifying matches of the Asian Cup football tournament AIFF on Thursday sacked the national team's coach Syed Nayeemuddin, manager PK Banerjee, assistant coach Gabriel Joseph and goalkeeping coach Atanu Bhattacharya.
Considering the preparation of the Indian team for the Asian Games in December, the Federation will approach FIFA and Asian Football Confederation for a suitable foreign coach as replacement.
