As expected there was only an incremental update to the world's most popular smartphone operating system. Android 4.3 includes a few new features and will start rolling out to compatible Nexus devices from Wednesday while the Samsung Galaxy S4 and HTC One Google Play Editions will have to wait a little longer for Android 4.3.
