This wikiHow teaches you how to prevent your iPhone's LED light from flashing whenever you receive an alert (such as an app notification or a text message) if you had previously enabled LED Flash for Alerts.
Open your iPhone's Settings.
Tap the grey cog icon on one of your Home screens. If your Settings app is in a folder, the folder will be named "Utilities."
Tap "Accessibility."
The Accessiblity menu is in the third group of settings. You can control multiple accessibility features here.
Select "Audio/Visual."
The Audo/Visual menu is under the "Hearing" heading. It's near the bottom of the section.
Turn off LED Flash for Alerts.
Tap the switch next to "LED Flash for Alerts" to turn it off iPhone Switch Off Icon. The switch will turn gray, signifying that your iPhone will no longer flash when you receive alerts.
