The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has released the admit cards for the Joint Entrance Exam for Computer Application (JECA 2024) today, June 24. The exam which was scheduled to take place on July 14 will now be held on June 30, 2024. Candidates who have completed the WBJEEB JECA 2024 application form can download the admit cards by visiting either of the official websites at wbjeeb.nic.in or wbjeeb.in. The exam will be held in a single shift from 11 am to 1 pm.
WBJEEB JECA 2024 Admit Card: How to Download?
Step 1. Visit the Official Website: Go to the official website of WBJEEB at wbjeeb.in/jeca.
Step 2. Access the Correction Link: Find and click on the ‘Correction in JECA-2024 Application Form’ link available on the homepage.
Step 3. Log in: Once the new page loads, log in using your application number and password.
Step 4. Make Changes: After logging in, carefully make the necessary changes to your West Bengal JECA 2024 application form.
Step 5. Preview and Submit: Preview the form to ensure all changes are accurate, then submit it.
Step 6. Save and Print: Finally, save a copy, download it, and print the WB JECA confirmation page for your records.
WBJEEB JECA 2024: Check Exam Pattern
The WBJECA 2024 question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions divided into two categories:
— Category 1 will consist of 80 questions each carrying one mark. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
— Category 2 will contain 20 questions carrying two marks each. There is no negative marking for any wrong attempt.
The questions will be in English language only, as per the official notice.
The exam was initially scheduled to be conducted on July 14, 2024. “In terms of the decision of the Board, the JECA-2024, scheduled to be held on July 14, 2024 (Sunday), has been rescheduled on June 30, 2024 (Sunday) considering all aspects specially the interest of the aspiring candidates in greater means,” reads the official notice.
