The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) will conduct the National Defense Academy and Naval Academy (NDA and NA II) and Combined Defense Services Examination (CDS II), 2024 today, September 1. For this, the admit card was issued for the candidates appearing in the examination on August 23, 2024. Candidates appearing for the exam can download the admit card through the official website of UPSC at upsc.gov.in.

Through these recruitment exams, UPSC will fill 370 posts in the National Defense Academy and 34 posts in the Naval Academy. The CDS exam will be conducted to fill 459 posts in the organisation.

UPSC NDA, CDS II 2024 Exam: Important Guidelines

Black Ball Point Pen: Candidates are advised to carry a black ball point pen to the exam hall for the exam.

Admit Card: Candidates must carry a printout of the e-admit card to their exam centre to appear for the exam. Candidates who do not produce their e-admit card for verification will not be allowed to appear for the exam by the authorities.

Photo ID: Candidates must carry their photo identity card, whose number is mentioned in the admit card, along with the e-admit card for each session. The e-admit card must be preserved until the final result of the exam is released.

Report to the Exam Hall: Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any other exam venue except the venue allotted to them in their e-admit card. Candidates will not be allowed entry after the closure of the exam venue, which will close 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam for each session.

Items Not Allowed in the Exam Hall: Candidates are not allowed to enter the exam campus with any valuable or expensive items, mobile phones, smart, digital watches, other gadgets, books, bags, etc.

Items Allowed in the Exam Hall: Candidates will be allowed to carry only an e-admit card, pen, pencil, identity proof, photograph, and any other item specified in the instructions on the e-admit card to the examination venue.
