The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) recently released the UP Board subject-wise Date Sheet 2024, setting the stage for class 10 and 12 exams scheduled from February 22 to March 9, 2024. As students gear up for these crucial exams, Mathematics expert Abhay Mishra from Lucknow has shared valuable tips to help them excel in the subject.
Abhay Mishra emphasised the step-by-step marking system in mathematics, where correct formulas and methodologies can earn students partial credit even if the final answer is incorrect. Encouraging students to attempt all questions, he highlighted the importance of showcasing problem-solving steps, which can contribute to scoring.
To assist students in their preparations, Mishra advised practising with previous years’ question papers, identifying recurring topics, and mastering formula-based questions. He stressed that mathematics is not about memorisation but requires consistent practice for proficiency.
