The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission or TNPSC has invited applications for direct recruitment to the posts included in Combined Civil Services Examination-I (Group-I Services). The last date to apply for the exam is April 27. Candidates willing to take the exam can check the official notification and apply for the exam on the official website at tnpsc.gov.in.
The commission has notified a total of 90 posts. Through the recruitment drive, candidates will be selected for the posts of Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, among others.

Candidates are required to apply online by using the commission’s website tnpsc.gov.in or tnpscexams.in. Candidates need to register themself first at the One Time Registration (OTR) platform available on the website and then proceed to fill out the online application for the examination. If the candidate is already registered, s/he can proceed straightway to fill out the online application for the examination, the official notification states.
TNPSC CCSE 1 Group 1 Services 2024: How to Apply?
Step 1: Go to the official website at tnpsc.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the Combined Civil Services Examination-I (Group-I Services) link
Step 3: Click on the link and register yourself. Fill out the form
Step 4: Submit the application form. Take a print out of the confirmation page for further use.
The application correction window will open for three days from May 2 to 4. During this period, candidates will be able to edit the details in their online application. The exam comprises two stages — preliminary examination (objective type); and main examination (written and interview) for the selection of candidates for various posts.
