The National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) is inviting online applications for recruitment to the post of General Manager and Deputy General Manager on a deputation basis. It has released a total vacancy of 27 seats for the post of Deputy General Manager and 22 posts for the role of Manager position in the organisation. The period of deputation will be 3 years, which can be extended to another 2 years after the approval of the Chairman of NHAI. Interested candidates can apply through the official website of NHAI – https://nhai.gov.in/. The last date to apply for the post is February 2. The salary of the selected candidates for the position of Deputy General Manager is at the Pay Matrix Level 12, which will range from Rs 12,78,800 to Rs 2,09,200 as per the qualification. Whereas for the post of Manager, the salary will be at the pay matrix level 11 which ranges from Rs 11, 67,700 to Rs 2,087,00, as per the qualification.

Step 3: Register yourself by submitting your name, email id, phone number and Aadhar card number.

Step 4: Access the application form with your registered id and password.

Step 5: Fill out the application form by submitting your required details.

Step 6: Upload the necessary documents.

Step 7: Pay the application fee if required.

Step 8: Submit and download the application form.

Interested candidates must have a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University or institute to become eligible for recruitment. The applicant should also have three years of experience in the implementation of infrastructure Sector Projects related to highways, roads and bridges. The age of the candidates should be below 56 years for the eligibility of this recruitment drive.

Candidates will be screened based on Merit which will be followed by the interview. The document verification will be done after the interview. The candidates will have to undergo the medical test too during the recruitment drive.
