The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2024 counselling registration procedure for 15% of the All India Quota (AIQ) MBBS and BDS seats will start tomorrow, August 14. According to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the official website, mcc.nic.in, is where applicants who qualified in the NEET UG 2024 may submit their applications. From August 14 to August 20 at noon, candidates will have an opportunity to register for round 1, and the payment window will also be accessible for the same duration. The choice-filling period will start on August 16 and run until August 20 at 11:55 pm.
Choice locking on August 20 will begin at 4 pm and end at 11:55 pm. The provisional seat matrix will be verified by the participating institutes and the National Medical Commission (NMC) between August 14 and 15. Seat allotment against round 1 will be processed between August 21 and 22 and on August 23, the round 1 seat allocation results will be announced. Candidates must report to their designated institute between August 24 and August 29.

NEET UG 2024 Round 1 Counselling Process
The first step in the MCC NEET UG 2024 round 1 counselling procedure is registering and paying a non-refundable fee for the 15% AIQ counselling. Next, the candidates will pick and lock the universities and medical courses that best suit their interests. The MCC will process these selections and post the seat allocation results on the official website, mcc.nic.in, after making its announcement. Selected applicants must upload the necessary paperwork and go to the designated medical or dentistry college as soon as the results are announced. By physically reporting to the institution with original documentation, those who were given a seat in round one may elect to move up to round two.
