The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) recently concluded the Class 10th examination on March 26. According to the latest reports, it is anticipated that the Maharashtra Board will likely release the SSC (Class 10th) results in June. This year, MSBSHSE conducted the School Certificate (SSC) Class 10 examinations starting from March 1. Comparatively, last year’s Class 10th or SSC exams were held by the board from March 2 to March 25, with the results being announced on June 2. In 2022, the Class 10th result was released on June 17.
Following the trend from previous years, the Maharashtra Class 10th Result 2024 is expected to be available in June. Here are the release dates from the previous years:

For the current academic session, the board has discontinued the extra ten minutes previously allotted for reading the question paper before the exam. Instead, students were given ten minutes at the end of the examination.
The Maharashtra SSC Exam Pattern 2024 comprised five compulsory subjects: Science, English, Hindi, Social Science and Mathematics. The exams were conducted in a pen-and-paper format. Science and Mathematics papers carried 150 marks each, with a passing score requirement of at least 52 marks in each subject. For the remaining subjects, each exam was worth 100 marks, with a minimum passing score of 35 marks.

In 2023, a total of 15,49,666 regular students from the nine divisional boards of the state had registered for the exam. Among them, 15,29,096 students appeared for the exam, with 14,34,898 students passing, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 93.83 per cent.
