Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has invited applications for appointment to the post of Junior Manager. The opening date for submission of online applications is July 1 and the last date to apply is July 21.

Vacancies

Under this recruitment drive of HCL, a total of 56 posts are to be filled. Candidates applying for these posts should read all the important notifications carefully. The recruitment will be done in different disciplines, including mining, electrical, company secretary, finance, and others. Age Limit

For candidates who are applying through this recruitment process of HCL, their age limit should not be more than 40 years, while there is a there is relaxation in age for the candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC, PWD and Ex-servicemen categories.

Application Fee

Candidates who belong to the General, OBC and EWS categories will have to pay Rs 500 as an application fee. At the same time, candidates of all other categories are exempt from paying the fee. The application fee will be paid through a gateway / NEFT online transfer.

Salary

Any candidate who is selected for these posts will be paid a salary of Rs 30,000 to Rs 120,000 monthly.

Selection Process

As per the official notification, the candidates applying for these posts will be selected based on a written test and verification of documents. The details of the test shall be shared with the call letter.

Qualifying Marks

For short-listing applicants for document verification, the minimum qualifying marks from the aggregate marks required by the CBT are as follows: 30 per cent for candidates in the General (Unreserved) and OBC categories, and 20 per cent for those in the SC, ST and PwD categories.
