Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), renowned for manufacturing Tejas fighter aircraft for the Indian Air Force, is offering a job opportunity for the position of Assistant Engineer. The deadline for submitting applications is May 9. Selection for this role will be solely based on a written examination. Candidates will be shortlisted for the written exam based on their marks obtained in their engineering degree. There are 4 positions for grabs, two assistant engineers in electronics and two in mechanical.

The pay scale of Assistant Engineer in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,20,000. Apart from basic pay, candidates will also get dearness allowance, house rent allowance/residential accommodation from company, performance incentive, leave, medical facility, provident fund and gratuity. The qualifications that make you eligible for the posts are as follows:
Assistant Engineer (Electronics) – Must have BE/BTech degree in Electronics/Electronics, Communication/Instrumentation, Control/Instrumentation, Electronics/Applied Electronics, Instrumentation/Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering/Technology
Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) – BE/BTech degree in Mechanical/Mechanical, Industrial/Mechanical, Production Engineering.
The application fee for the post of assistant engineer is Rs 500. SC/ST/PwBD category candidates are exempted from the application fee. The application fee has to be paid through demand draft only. Eligible and interested candidates can send their application in prescribed format in A4 size paper, along with the documents as mentioned in the notification to the address mentioned in the notification on or before May 9.
