Candidates who have been allotted seats in Round 2 will have to report to the allotted institute from September 27 to October 3, 2024. The verification of the joined candidate data will be done by AACCC/NCISM/NCH from September 4 to October 5, 2024.

Candidates whose seats have been upgraded from Round 1 to Round 2 and wish to join the upgraded seat are required to get an online-generated relieving letter from the institute they joined in Round 1 and report to the institute allotted in round 2 with original documents as per the reporting schedule.

The counselling fees of the candidates who do not join the allotted seat in round 2 will be forfeited. However, candidates can participate in subsequent rounds as per the eligibility criteria fixed for that round by filling in fresh choices and need to pay complete counselling fees again for registration.

There will be four rounds of counselling, i.e. 1st Round, 2nd Round, 3rd Round, and Stray Vacancy Round (SVR-DU). Three rounds will be conducted online by the AACCC, i.e. 1st Round, 2nd Round, and 3rd Round. For more related details candidates can check the official website of AACCC.
