The Cake Festival, last held in 2019, faced disturbances in subsequent years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Following this, the event was cancelled the previous year. Presently, there have been no discussions or meetings regarding the potential resumption of the Cake Festival this year.

In the Magi Utsav, scheduled for an official inauguration on December 22 at 5 pm, Arjuna’s late elephant, Male Mahadeshwara Swamy, Somnath Temple, Hoysala Temple, and Shiva Temple will be adorned with flowers in a fruit flower show arranged by the Palace Administration. The event will also include cultural and musical programs.
