After ruling the market with a 346cc engine, the iconic Royal Enfield’s Bullet now seems like is ready to hit the market with a bigger unit. It has been reported that the RE is gearing up to introduce Bullet in the 650 segment, which will offer a better riding experience with enhanced power.

The report says the launch is expected to take place later this year. However, the company has not shared any related details about the same as yet. But, it might drop some official hints soon.

Ahead of the official release, the motorcycle has been spied on during the testing phase, revealing some of the noticeable changes, updates and enhancements.

RE Bullet 650 Design Inspired by Classic 650?

As per the leaked images, the motorcyle looks quite similar to the Classic 650, which is also under process, and soon going to arrive in the Indian market. The images showed it gets a stylish round-shaped headlight setup, sleek indicators on either side, and is supported by what looks like telescopic fork suspension at the front, while the rear is treated by a dual shock absorber.

Engine and Power

The bike runs on spoke wheels with clearly visible disc brakes at both ends. At the heart, it might use the familiar 650cc twin-cylinder engine, which will generate a decent power of 47 bhp and 52 Nm of peak torque. When it comes to the transmission, it is likely to be paired 6-speed gearbox.

Current 650cc Lineup

Meanwhile, the RE has multiple options in the 650cc range as of now. The list includes newly launched Shotgun, Interceptor, Super Meteor, and Continental GT.
