In a move to contribute to the EV segment, the top electric two-wheeler maker, iVOOMi has partnered with Octarange (technology leader in battery and charger system innovations).
As per the details shared by the brand via official release, the decision of the collaboration has been taken to boost or elevate its Research & Development (R&D) vertical. The sole purpose of the partnership is to work together and make advancements in battery technology, charger systems, and overall product reliability in the EV segment.
Key Objectives
The company has informed that the latest collaboration works on a few key objectives. It focuses on testing, and evaluating battery charging, discharging, and thermal characteristics, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards for chargers.
Apart from this, the partnership also focuses on innovating charging solutions, such as wall-mount chargers, and optimizing battery performance.
New Powertrain
The release says one of the most exciting outcomes of this collaboration is the optimization of the powertrain. With the support of Octarange, iVroom is able to develop one of the most capable powertrains in the category. It Delivers impressive performance with decent efficiency.
The brand says the development not only will improve the battery’s life but also increase range by up to 5 percent compared to to current data.
