As India kickstarted the Bharat Mobility Show on Feb 1, the entire mobility chain came together under one roof and displayed their unique products. The leading two-wheeler Royal Enfield also participated in the expo and unveiled its first flex-fuel motorcycle Classic 350.
The company has not revealed the launch plan for the bike as yet. However, some reports suggested it might drop some concrete details soon. Once launched, the motorcycle will run with a blend ethanol and of petrol. Again! the exact use of a percentage of petrol and ethanol in the vehicle is yet to be clarified by the brand.
Design and Styling
Talking about the design and road appearance, apart from the new color scheme, the vehicle looks identical to its fuel-powered sibling. The flex fuel vehicle shares the same fuel tank as the Classic 350, featuring a similar seating arrangement, side profile, mudguard, and even front fascia as well. It is expected to come with a halogen headlight setup with a sweet touch of chrome, covering the headlight’s round-shaped border.
Features
When it comes to the features, the company is expected to carry forward some top features of Classic 350 in the flex-fuel model. The list includes a power start button, spoke wheels, similar front forks and a shock absorber among others.
Engine
As far as the powertrain is concerned, it will continue to feature the trusted 350cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. The unit will generate a max power of 20bhp at 6100rpm and a maximum torque of 27Nm at 4000rpm.
