Russian Influencer Tries 'Bhutta' For The First Time In Mumbai, Video Goes Viral

Russian influencer Mariia Chugurova is one of them. From trying street foods, and visiting famous locations to interacting with locals, the influencer’s Instagram feed is full of several beautiful moments. Recently, Mariia Chugurova took to Instagram to share a video as she tried ‘Bhutta‘ (roasted corn cob) for the first time in Mumbai. The video captures the sweet interaction between Mariia and other locals at the stall.

In the now-viral video, Mariia can be seen visiting a local bhutta stall at the beach. She first greets the stall owner with ‘Namaste Bhaiya.’ She asks the owner if she can have one and inquires about the price, which the vendor says is Rs 40. As the video progresses, the Russian girl can be seen having a sweet interaction with the sons of the vendor. She asks their age and compliments one of them for his teeth. Mariia asked the younger son of the vendor, Amin, if he could be her manager, while she was posing with her fans near the stall.

The video was posted on Mariia Chugurova’s Instagram account @mariechug. Mariia described her experience in the caption of the post, she wrote, “Bombay (Mumbai), Bhutta, and Badmoshi with Russian Kudi. Namaste dosto. Today’s reel is all about that corny goodness in India! Not gonna lie, this corn was so delish, it had me questioning my entire snacking history.” She added, “Picture this: a bunch of folks chowing down on corn, and there I was, eyeing a potential manager in the making. Who knew a corn stall could be the new hotspot for talent scouting, am I right?” The influencer concluded her post and explained, “Whether you’re a fan of classic buttered corn or prefer it spicy with some chaat masala, there’s a banal pleasure for everyone in this diverse culinary landscape?”
