Flipkart Customer Shocked After Rs 30,000 Speakers Order Turns Into Mi Bluetooth Delivery
The man, who received Mi Bluetooth instead of Rs 30,000 speakers, claims that even after multiple complaints, Flipkart is yet to resolve the issue.

“Big Flipkart fraud found,” is what an X user wrote after his friend received low-cost Mi bluetooth speakers instead of the ones he ordered. Abhishek Bhatnagar alleges that even after multiple follow-ups and complaints, the e-commerce company hasn’t resolved the issue.

“My friend (Nikhil) ordered a Sonos speaker worth ₹30,000, and he got a Mi Bluetooth ₹2400 INR speaker in a box of Sonos,” Bhatnagar added.

He went on to express his frustration, saying, “It’s disheartening that even when a customer has clear proof of receiving the wrong or fake product, they still don’t bother to respond.” He also remarked that “Flipkart should be renamed to Fraudkart”.

Here’s how people reacted to the ‘Flipkart fraud’ detailed in the post:

“There’s a new Flipkart scam every time I open Twitter,” expressed an individual.

Another added, “E-commerce scams are at their all time-high right now.”

“Repeat offenders at @flipkartsupport. It’s been twenty days since I first placed an order and a week since returning a faulty different model of water purifier. The replacement is nowhere to be seen. Big time fraudsters! God knows when I can get my order delivered,” wrote a third.

A fourth shared, “I don’t know why people still buy products from Flipkart, they are the worst and biggest fraudsters in the online shopping segment. They always deliver either copy product or something else and refuse to take it back.”

“Recently ordered products from Flipkart, All were open box deliveries and they ask OTP once you are satisfied with what you ordered. This has become a process for expensive products due to scams. Not sure why this process was not followed in your friend’s case,” commented a fifth.
