Chinese Company Fired Employees After They Were Get Caught Kissing In The Office
The firing of two employees, who were having an extramarital affair, has reached the court.

A couple, who are also co-workers, was sued from the company after they were caught red handed in the office in an intimate moment. Their case which went to the court has ignited debates and garnered a lot of attention among the public on social media. According to reports, this case occurred in a pharma company located in Sichuan province of China. It has been revealed that both of the employees are married and they were having an extra-marital affair with each other. The company came to know about this when the male employee’s wife revealed the chats between her husband and his girlfriend to the company’s manager. There was a heated argument between the male employee and his lover, which ultimately led to him to take a leave.

After the settling of the matter, everything was quite normal between the couple. Boundaries were exceeded when both of them were caught kissing in the office. Even the other employees have also written the complaint letter against their behaviour to which the company decided to fire them. Instead of repenting over the issue and apologising, the duo filed a case against the company and demanded compensation of up to Rs 3 lakh. Though the case went to the court, the company also showed the rules in its defence, where it was clearly mentioned that they have the right to fire or sue people who behave unethically and harm the reputation of the organisation. Ultimately, the case ended here and they were fired without any compensation.

The incident has sparked significant debate with many people criticising the employees for their actions. The situation has raised broader concerns for the workers, about the workplace ethics, privacy and the appropriate response to misconduct. This case may also further impact perspectives on employee behaviour and organisational policies. The situation reflects how similar cases can be solved and managed and what measures should be taken, if such things happen again somewhere.
