Many popular cuisines and snacks are frequently subjected to unique experiments by content creators. Street food sellers and other chefs often use their creativity to create something new on the platter. While some of these are undoubtedly delicious, others do not appear to be appetising for the public. Recently, a content creator decided to unmake a bowl of cereal by dissecting a dish in such an odd way that online users were left perplexed.

Digital creator Richard Sales posted a video from the handle of Restoration Magic where the user is seen “unmaking” a bowl of cereal. Richard is seen as a commentator on the viral video, expressing his confusion over the whole process. In the clip, the person strains cornflake cereal combined with milk into an empty strainer. The cornflakes that remain in the strainer are then placed under running water to rinse the milk residue off. The person then uses a hand-held hair dryer to remove any extra moisture from the cereal. Then separate each piece of cereal and arrange it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. An individual in the video places the tray into the oven.

The person then reheats the milk, which had previously been strained from the cereal, and pours it into a small glass bottle using a funnel. The individual is shown printing a paper label to store the restored cereals and then rebuilding the cereal box with thin cardboard and sticking the label on it. Meanwhile, the individual in the video creates a tiny plastic bag to hold the cereal. After transferring the contents from the baking tray, the user seals the bag and packs it into the box. The person is later seen opening the bag and recombining the cereal and milk to recreate the dish.

The commentator watches the entire process, passing his observations in between. He was previously confused about whether it was a genius act or one that was foolish. However, by the end, he sarcastically claimed that the user was talented, unlike him.

Most users were simply confused and demanded the reason for such an act. A user asked, “Just one question…why?” while another said, “My brain hurts.”

Another warned, “Be careful what you’re buying off shelves if people are doing this.”

Many others noted that the person behind the video was quite idle in life, “Some people just have too much time at hand, “Unemployment at its peak.”
