‘All That For A Reel?’ Pune Girl Hangs From The Edge Of A Building In Viral Video
People have expressed their concern over youngsters risking their lives for the sake of popularity on social media.

We have often come across videos of people opting for deadly stunts to nail the Reels trend on social media. From dancing in a crowded train to singing in the middle of a road, people are trying a variety of hacks. In recent years, there have been many instances where stunts for such videos have resulted in serious injuries. Now, a video is going viral that shows a girl dangling from the top of an abandoned building as a boy holds her hand. The other person was seen recording the video from different angles.

Reportedly, this clip was taken on an abandoned building near the Swaminarayan Mandir in Jambhulwadi, Pune. The video, which has collected over 55,000 views, was shared on X on Thursday. People have expressed their concern over youngsters risking their lives for the sake of popularity on social media.

An X user demanded action against the youngsters and wrote, “That girl and boy need to be taken into custody and sent to 4 years compulsory military service. They can do this fighting in the high Himalayas, which will be at least useful for the country.”

A person pointed out how the girl could have easily lost her grip. She wrote, “Strength is fine but they are ignoring the friction part, just in case if there is sweat, she will slip easily, which has nothing to do with strength.”

In the middle of this, a user has tagged the Commissioner of Pune Police and said, “Sir your intervention/action is much needed on the content. such youngsters are risking their own life and encouraging others to do such deadly stunts.”

A few said that such videos depicting risky behaviours should not get any praise.

“I think it’s high time people like them who risk their life to get a few LIKES should be punished. Because of their idiotic actions, the family has to suffer in case of an accident. What kind of an obsession is this?” a comment read.

Just last week a similar incident from Pune caused outrage. The clip showed a woman riding a Yamaha RX100 hands-free and without a helmet.

She is sitting sideways and lip-syncing to Suniel Shetty’s popular song Aankhon Mein Base Ho Tum.
