OpenAI Introduces 'GPT-4 Turbo' With Enhanced User And Developer Capabilities: What You Get
OpenAI is preparing ChatGPT 5.0 for later this year but now you can get the ChatGPT 4.0 turbo version with more features and capabilities.

OpenAI has recently introduced the new enhanced version, GPT-4 Turbo, which will be accessible through an Application Programming Interface (API). The latest version will also be available to users who have subscribed to ChatGPT Plus. The latest upgrade can accept image inputs and solve problems in a better way. The GPT-4 Turbo represents OpenAI's latest AI model and will be equipped with data until December 2023.

According to reports, the latest GPT-4 Turbo can process and analyse images, videos, and other forms of multimedia inputs and will be able to provide in-depth responses and insights. Another highlight of the new update is the JSON mode, which will allow developers to automate actions like sending emails, making purchases, and posting something online using a JSON code snippet.

The context window has also now been expanded to take 1,28,000 tokens, allowing users to use GPT-4 for analysing images. One of the popular image analysis additions is that the GPT-4 Turbo will be able to recognise food images from various global cuisines. Additionally, it will also be able to show high proficiency in generating computer codes, allowing developers to integrate the GPT-4 Turbo into applications and services.

The updated GPT-4 Turbo also can produce a fully functional website with proper programming codes and will be able to interpret images and texts to produce genuine outputs. This version will also be available to ChatGPT Plus subscribers at an additional cost of $20 per month. Apart from that, it will also be available at the ChatGPT store. Users can also update to ChatGPT-4 Turbo using Microsoft's Co-pilot in creative or precise mode.

Recently, it was confirmed by OpenAI CEO Salt Altman that the company is working on GPT-5 and will soon be announcing the largest language model (LLM). Even though there has not been any official announcement, AI enthusiasts are predicting that it might be launched in the summer of 2025. Sam Altman, in his conversation with Bill Gates, has also confirmed that GPT-5 will be more advanced and will have more parameters.
