If you do not log in with the same email id or have not purchased the older Moto E or Moto G before, you would not be eligible for the exchange offer.

New Delhi: Motorola has launched its latest third- gen Moto G smartphone at Rs 11,999 in India. Along with introducing the new smartphone, the company has also launched special offers for customers.

Motorola is giving up to 8 different offers on the new Moto G smartphone. One of the offers, which is exchange up to Rs 4,000 is only available to customers who use the same email id they used while purchasing the older Moto G or Moto E smartphones from Flipkart.

One Motorola spokesperson explained over an email that the exchange offer will only be listed on the product landing page of customers who log in using the same email address that they had used while buying the old generation Moto G and E phones earlier.

If you do not log in with the same email id or have not purchased the older Moto E or Moto G before, you would not be eligible for this exchange offer and will be shown only the remaining seven offers.

Only functional and display intact devices will be accepted under the exchange offer and the IMEI number of the device will be verified while collecting the device.

The new Moto G (3rd generation) is priced at Rs 11,999 for the 8 GB model (that comes with 1 GB of RAM) and Rs 12,999 for the 16 GB variant (with 2GB of RAM). It is available exclusively on Flipkart.
