The luxury car manufacturer Audi has been getting the headlines lately, not just for their high performance, but also for its outstanding sales performance in the Indian market. While sharing the news through the official press release, the brand says that it has sold more than 5,529 units, generating a massive growth of 88 percent.
It has been reported by the German luxury car manufacturer that the above-mentioned growth numbers have been achieved in the last nine months, giving all the credit to the new Audi Q8 e-tron, Audi Q8 Sportback e-tron, Audi Q3, and Audi Q3 Sportback.
Audi India’s Hot-Selling Vehicles
While, Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi Q5, and the top-of-the-line cars that includes Audi Q7, Audi Q8, Audi A8 L, Audi S5 Sportback, Audi RS5 Sportback, Audi RS Q8, Audi e-tron GT and Audi RS e-tron GT, continued to maintain the high demand in the Indian market.
The company also revealed that the SUV range, including performance and lifestyle cars, which has been receiving an overwhelming response from customers, has grown greatly.

Commenting about the positive growth, the Head of Audi India, Balbir Singh Dhillon said, “ With the upcoming festive season, the company is expecting this growth to continue on the back of sustained demand for our best-sellers including the Audi A4, Audi A6, Audi Q3, Audi Q3 Sportback, Q5, Audi Q7 and Audi Q8. With our recent launches. Now, we have the widest EV portfolio in the segment. We are confident of good demand during the festive season for our electric range which also includes India’s first EV supercars – Audi e-tron GT and Audi RS e-tron GT,” Dhillon added.
Latest Initiative By Audi
Meanwhile, to push the EV culture in the country, and to encourage customers for the same, Audi India recently announced an industry-first initiative for EV owners named ‘Charge my Audi’ on the ‘myAudiConnect’ application, providing a one-stop solution to charge Audi e-tron across the country.
