Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger 3 has been ruling headlines and box office ever since its release. The film has now entered Rs 200 crore club in India. As per the industry tracker Sacnilk, Tiger 3 earned Rs 13.44 crore in India on Friday (November 17). With this, the film has now entered Rs 200 crore club in the country.
Day-Wise Collection of Tiger 3 In India
Tiger 3 opened at the box office with Rs 44.50 crore on November 12. The film not only became the highest Diwali opening for Salman Khan but also the superstar’s highest opening ever. The film then earned Rs 59.25 crore on its second day followed by Rs 44 and Rs 21 crore on day three and four respectively. It then earned Rs 18.50 crore on day five.
Salman Khan ‘Delighted’ With Tiger 3’s Success
Recently, Salman Khan also shared that he is overwhelmed with the response Tiger 3 is getting from the audience. “I’m delighted with the response from the audience and fans for Tiger 3! On Thursday, Emraan Hashmi also talked about Tiger 3’s success and mentioned that he is ‘thrilled’ with the love that people are pouring in. “I’m thrilled with the response to Tiger 3 and how people have showered love on my performance. We have started on a very good note and I expect the film to entertain audiences globally. I relished the opportunity to play an anti-hero and what could be better than going toe to toe with the biggest action superstar of our country, Salman Khan? I’m delighted that people have loved our showdown and that’s great validation for me,” he said.
All About Salman Khan’s Tiger 3
Tiger 3 marks the third film in Yash Raj Films’ OG spy franchise. It is directed by Maneesh Sharma. Besides Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif as Tiger and Zoya respectively, the film also stars Emraan Hashmi as the antagonist, along with Kumud Mishra, Revathi, Riddhi Dogra and Anant Vidhaat. Shah Rukh Khan also made an action-packed cameo in the movie. Tiger 3 was released in theatres on November 12.
