Tovino Thomas's Nadikar Song Promo Kireedam Takes Social Media By Storm, Crosses 1.6 Million Views

The much-anticipated movie Nadikar, starring Tovino Thomas, has been making buzz for a long time. The makers recently surprised the viewers and unveiled a promo for their song, Kireedam, yesterday. It is currently going viral.

The song’s lyrics were written and sung by MC Couper. Yakzan Gary Pereira and Neha S. Nair composed and arranged it.

The rap song Kireedam is quite familiar from the tracks in contemporary Malayalam movies like Aavesham, Manjummel Boys, and Romancham.

Apart from Tovino who is portraying the lead character the movie also features Soubin Shahir, Bhavana and Shine Tom Chacko in the pivotal roles. Along with Balu Varghese, Anoop Menon, Anoop Bhasi, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Indrans and Ganapathi are also there in the supporting roles.

The 3-minute, 15-second song has till now garnered 1.6 million views on YouTube. Take a look at the song:

Nadikar is directed by Lal Jr. Suvin Somasekharan, the screenwriter of the film, recently, changed the title from Nadikar Thilakam as a sign of reverence for Sivaji Ganesan.

A few days ago, the makers shared the teaser for the movie, which received huge appreciation from the makers. South Star Mammootty released the teaser.

According to reports, Tovino Thomas will play the role of a superstar named David Patika in the movie. He will be portrayed as a film star who is at the pinnacle of his career. In Nadikar, Soubin Shahir is also playing a key role. In the film, Bhavana plays the role of female lead.

In the teaser, Tovino Thomas plays a megastar with an extravagant lifestyle that is carefree and unapologetically extravagant.

The film’s editing is done by Ratheesh Raj, and the cinematography is handled by Alby. It was made in collaboration with Allan Antony, Anoop Venugopal, Y Naveen, and Y Ravi Shankar. The film’s production banners include Godspeed Cinema and Mythri Movie Makers.

The movie is all set to hit theatres on May 3.
