‘Three Months Of Hell’: Sonam Kapoor Recalls Husband Anand Ahuja’s Illness In New Year Post

On New Year’s Eve, several celebrities posted their photos and videos on social media, bidding farewell to 2023. Most of them shared their journey of the last year, while others wished for a successful and positive happy new year to their fans. Actress Sonam Kapoor too shared a wrap-up video, featuring her cherished moments with husband Anand Ahuja and son Vayu from 2023. The clip has gone viral. She shared the video with her fans and wished them a “Happy New Year”. The actress also spoke about Anand Ahuja battling an illness. Sonam Kapoor shared a long note while posting the video.

In the latest trending post, Sonam wrote that the last year has been a roller coaster ride for her. Sonam Kapoor embraced parenthood in 2023, after giving birth to her son Vayu. She claims that it has changed her emotionally, physically and spiritually. Then, she recalled Anand Ahuja’s health issues. “Dealing with my husband falling very sick which no doctor could diagnose and eventually finding out what it was and him recovering completely ( it was three months of hell and thank you God and Dr Sarin),” she mentions.

“Moving talent agencies and moving out and into new homes 4 times! Starting work again while supporting my husband in his work and his exponential growth at work.“ added Sonam Kapoor in her long note. She also said that spending time with her family and friends has made her year amazing and fulfilling. The actress also condemned the ongoing war and prayed for peace.

“In this new year, I hope for peace and joy in this world and I’m filled with gratitude and humility for the life I’ve been given. Happy New Year everyone. Love you all,” Sonam ended her note on Instagram. In the clip, she posted a collage of photos and videos.
