The Fantastic Four: Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, Ebon Moss-Bachrach Confirmed For Reboot

Marvel Studios surprised fans on Valentine’s Day by revealing the cast of The Fantastic Four. The production house confirmed that the film is being rebooted and announced the cast details. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Marvel Studios revealed that Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Joseph Quinn, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach will be headlining the film. They also shared an adorable artwork showing the cast and the role they will be playing in the film.

The poster revealed that Pedro Pascal has been roped in to play the role of Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic. Meanwhile, Vanessa Kirby will be essaying the role of Sue Storm aka the Invisible Woman. Joseph Quinn will be seen as Johnny Storm aka the Human Torch and Ebon Moss-Bachrach will play Ben Grimm aka the Thing. Marvel shared the announcement with the caption, “Happy Valentine’s Day from Marvel’s First Family! Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn are The Fantastic Four.”

They also confirmed that The Fantastic Four will release on July 25, 2025.

Marvel Cinematic Universe fans to took various social media platforms to share their reaction to the casting. “I think the cast, suits, and 60s angle are all perfect for #FantasticFour. But the biggest key player… Director Matt Shakman. WandaVison was a massive hit, with some of the best chemistry in the MCU & elite, emotional storytelling. Exactly what Marvel’s first family needs,” a post on X read. “Pedro Pascal and Vanessa Kirby as Reed Richards and Sue Storm? I’m in. #FantasticFour,” added another.

The Fantastic Four now confirms that Marvel Studios has a busy 2025. They will be releasing Thunderbolts on May 2, 2025, and The Fantastic Four in the same summer. Meanwhile, this year, Marvel has only Deadpool & Wolverine set to release. The Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman starrer is set to release on July 26.
