Salman Khan Did NOT Know About Arbaaz Dating Sshura, Latter Reveals 'They Knew I Was Just...'

Arbaaz Khan getting married to Sshura Khan was a surprise for all in December 2023. However, do you know that for the longest time, Salman Khan did not know about Arbaaz dating Sshura? In a recent interview, Arbaaz revealed that neither Salman nor Sohail or sisters Alvira and Arpita Khan were not about his relationship with Sshura. He mentioned they just knew that he was seeing somebody. However, when they got to know about Arbaaz and Sshura, they were happy about it.

“Initially, they didn’t know. They knew I was just meeting someone, but when they realised that this is a huge step that I am taking, they were more than happy. In moments like these, you have the support of your loved ones because they know these decisions are made between two mature people,” Arbaaz told Indian Express.

Arbaaz Khan married makeup artist Sshura Khan in an intimate wedding ceremony in December 2023. The nikah took place at Arpita Khan’s home with Salman Khan and their family attending it. Soon after the ceremony, Arbaaz took to social media and shared photos with his bride. “In the presence of our loved ones, me and mine begin a lifetime of love and togetherness from this day on!♥️ Need all your blessings and good wishes on our special day!” he wrote.

Following Arbaaz’s wedding, his father, Salim Khan spoke to News18 Showsha exclusively and shared that he is happy for his son. “They decided to get married. Mere hisaab se, ye koi gunaah nahi hai (according to me, it is not a crime). I am happy for him and I have given my blessings to the bride and the groom,” he said.

“I don’t think there was any need for a discussion. He is young, educated, and mature and can make his own decisions. There is no need for my permission. If he is happy then nothing else matters. He just mentioned that he was going to get married and I said that’s fine. I also feel that it’s better not to interfere in anyone’s life as it causes problems,” the veteran screenwriter added.

Arbaaz was previously married to Malaika Arora for 19 years. The two tied the knot in 1998 but announced their separation in March 2016 and officially got divorced in May 2017. They continue to co-parent their son Arhaan.
