Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza are a match made in heaven. A scroll on their social media is enough to prove their unbreakable bond. Fans, do you agree? The stars first met on the sets of the film Tujhe Meri Kasam back in 2003 and instantly became close friends. Eventually, their friendship blossomed into love and the duo tied the knot in 2012. They share mutual respect, admiration and love, and to prove that we stumbled upon a video today.
In a clip doing rounds on the internet, one can see Riteish Deshmukh stepping out of his car and quickly moving towards the other side. The doting husband then opens the car door for his wife Genelia D’Souza. This sweet gesture of the Dhamaal actor has left the fans and admirers in awe.
The video shows Riteish in a rough avatar with long hair and a heavy beard, resembling actor Yash in KGF. He wore a black T-shirt paired with white jeans and black shoes. Genelia, on the other hand, looked pretty in a white floral midi dress.

Work-wise, Riteish Deshmukh will next be seen in Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 5 alongside actor Akshay Kumar. Helmed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film will hit the big screens on June 6, 2025. The makers will reportedly commence the shooting for Housefull 5 soon in the UK.
Apart from Housefull 5, Riteish also has Raid 2 with Ajay Devgn, Masti 4 with Vivek Oberoi, a horror-comedy film Kakuda and director Sanjay Gupta’s Visfot in his kitty.
Genelia, on the other hand, was last seen in the comedy-drama film Trial Period which also starred Manav Kaul, Gajraj Rao, Shakti Kapoor and Sheeba Chadha in pivotal roles.
