Prominent Marathi actress Mrunal Dusanis is currently enjoying motherhood to the fullest. She is often seen posting adorable pictures with her daughter Nurvi on Instagram. After spending some time in the USA, the couple has returned to India and Mrunal recently dominated the headlines for her interview on the Marathi entertainment channel Celebrity Katta.
In this interview, Mrunal shared many things about her personal and professional life including the significance of her daughter’s name Nurvi. The Tu Tithe Me actress revealed why she named her daughter Nurvi. According to her, this name means Lakshmi and she has read somewhere that this word also implies blessing. The Marathi actress revealed that Nurvi turned 2 years old on March 24 and she shows her daughter some of her television series. After listening to the title track of one of the series, she tries to dance on the track.
Mrunal made her debut on the small screen with the Marathi show Maziya Priyala Preet Kalena, which was broadcast on Zee Marathi and premiered in 2010. The show starred Mrunaland Abhijeet Khandkekar in the lead roles. The serial also starred Jui Gadkari and Prasad Jawade. Ekta Kapoor produced this serial under her banner of Balaji Telefilms. She last acted in the 2018 show He Man Baware, which aired on Colors Marathi. The actress played the lead role opposite Shashank Ketkar and the cast also included Sharmishtha Raut, Vandana Gupte, and Nayana Apte, among others.
Since then, she has been on a sabbatical from television. On the personal front, she tied the knot with her husband Neeraj More on February 25, 2016.
She has treated her followers to many pictures on Instagram with her husband. One such picture uploaded by Mrunal with her husband reads, “What is known as romance and love in novels, is commitment and sacrifice in real life. Our story is a beautiful example, of what it takes to be husband and wife…I am so glad to have you my better half."
