Los Angeles: Actor Jake Gyllenhaal shared his inclination towards the musical on September 10 at the Toronto International Film Festival's opening night premiere of his drama-comedy “Demolition”, reports eonline.com.
The 'Southpaw' actor had wowed audiences earlier this year when he co-starred in a three-show concert reading of 'Little Shop of Horrors', the 1982 Howard Ashman-Alan Menken musical about a man-eating plant.
"I don't know about that show in particular, but I definitely would love to be doing a musical on Broadway in the near future," Gyllenhaal said.
"I would love that. It would be a huge honour. There are a lot of really good people, who do it really well so you gotta know you can do it well if you're going to do it," he added.
