Marathi television actress Rashmi Anpat is all set to grace the small screen again with her upcoming show, Antarpaat. Meanwhile, before the series began on June 10, the actress visited the Shree Siddhivinayak temple dedicated to Lord Ganesha. In the photos, she is seen wearing an orange-coloured salwar suit, which she teamed with a grey and orange-printed dupatta.
Sharing the photos, the actress wrote, “Gantami from Antarpaat took the darshan of Siddhivinayak. Antarpaat on Colors Marathi from 10th June at 7:30 pm and anytime on Jio Cinema.” Take a look at the post:
A few days ago, the makers of Antarpaat unveiled a new promo for the new serial on their official social handle. The show is all set to launch on Colors Marathi, and the official promo for the programme was published on the channel’s Instagram account in collaboration with actress Rashmi Anpat.
The video begins with a hearty celebration of Haldi. Rashmi Anpat is seen playing the lead role of bride-to-be Gautami. She exudes joy as family members, including her mother, take turns rubbing haldi on her face as part of the celebration.
Then another older woman, seeming to be her mother-in-law, enters the screen carrying more of the Haldi mix. She rubs it on Gautami’s face, visibly enhancing her mood. Throughout the video, Gautami expresses her wishes and desires to fulfil them with her husband, Kshitij. Even though it is an arranged marriage, Gautami is confident that he is the ideal match for her.
On the other hand, teary Kshitji is seen lying alone in a darkened room, with Haldi all over his white clothes. The evident contrast between the two festivities is sure to hype viewers’ interest. “But is Kshitij happy with this marriage?” The question “What is written in Gautami’s fate?” can only be addressed when the program premieres.
The show also stars Ashok Dhage and Resham Tipnis in crucial roles. Rashmi Anpat has also appeared in various popular Marathi serials including Freshers, Aai Majhi Kalubai, Kulaswamini, Asava Sundar Swapnancha, and Avatarachi Goshta.
