Darshan And Pavithra Gowda's Bail Hearing Today

It is an important day for actors Darshan Thoogudeepa and Pavithra Gowda, who are in jail as prime suspects in the Renukaswamy murder case. According to the reports, Darshan and Pavithra Gowda’s bail application hearing is said to be held today in the Bengaluru high court. Reports suggest lawyers for Pavitra Gowda have already presented arguments. The trial was adjourned today as Darshan’s lawyer earlier asked for time to present his arguments. Today’s bail application hearing will become very important.

Darshan reportedly started suffering from back pain. Before going to jail, he used to work out regularly and do checkups from time to time. After going to jail, all his routine got changed; now, due to this, he is suffering from severe back pain. The actor’s back pain seems to have taken a toll on him. He was treated by a doctor in jail and said to have an MRI scan.

Darshan said he doesn’t want to do an MRI scan now. He added, “I got enough back pain; for now I want pills for ten days.”.

Earlier, Darshan was shifted to Bellary Central Jail after he was allegedly seen hanging out with rowdies at Parappana Agrahara Central Jail in Bengaluru. Darshan has been remanded in judicial custody till September 19 along with 16 other co-accused following his arrest in the Renukaswamy murder case from Chitradurga. They were produced before the 24th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Court via video conferencing from different prisons where they are lodged.

Many issues have been revealed in the 3,991-page charge sheet. Darshan and Pavithra Gowda’s mobiles have also been searched in connection with Renukaswamy’s murder case.

As per reports, photos of Darshan and Pavithra Gowda were found on the latter’s phone. Darshan and Pavithra Gowda are dressed traditionally in the first photograph. Pavithra wore a yellow silk saree with a contrasting blue blouse. Darshan is seen wearing a yellow kurta and white pants. Both are wearing flower garlands around their necks.

Darshan and Pavitra are said to have hugged in another photo. According to reports, the authorities examined the couple’s connection based on these two photographs. Reports suggest the two were seated like a couple wearing a floral garland and these photos are being widely discussed.
