Daali Dhananjaya Visits Hometown For Shivratri, Spends Quality Time With Family
Taking a short break from his film shoots, Daali went home three days before Shivratri.

Dhananjaya, also known as Daali, is recognised for his contributions to Kannada cinema. He is an actor, lyricist, and film producer. Daali has received three Filmfare Awards and four SIIMA Awards for his notable performances in various films. Recently, Daali Dhananjaya went to his hometown Huthri, Karnataka for the Shivratri festival. He was seen spending time with his parents at home. In some recent photos that surfaced, Dhananjaya was seen getting a head massage from his mother which shows their bonding. Taking a short break from his film shoots, he went home three days before Shivratri. Looks like Dhananjaya is spending quality time with family, and it’s all worth it.

On the work front, Ramya, also known as Divya Spandana, is set to collaborate with Daali Dhananjaya in her upcoming film Uttarakaanda. According to reports, filming for the movie will begin in March. It has been confirmed that Uttarakaanda will hit the silver screens next year. This marks the second collaboration between director Rohit Padak, KRG Studios, and Daali Dhananjay. However, it will be the first time Divya and Daali will share screen space.

Before this project, Daali Dhananjay worked in a comedy film titled Rathan Prapancha with Rohit Padak and KRG Studios. Daali is currently occupied with Hoysala and will shift his focus to Uttarakaanda once the former is completed.

Before going into theatre, Dhananjaya pursued engineering and worked at Infosys for a year. He left his job to pursue a career in acting after gaining popularity in a Kannada short film titled Jayanagar 4th Block. This film marked the beginning of his acting journey in the Kannada film industry in 2013.

Dhananjaya made his debut in Kannada industry with the film Director’s Special, a black comedy directed by Guruprasad. His performance in the film earned him multiple Best Debut awards. Unfortunately, after the Director’s Special, seven consecutive films featuring the actor failed to perform well at the box office.

After a five-year gap, in 2018, Dhananjaya portrayed the role of an antagonist in Shiva Rajkumar’s Tagaru. The film achieved immense success, and Dhananjaya’s character in it garnered widespread popularity among audiences. F Following the success of Tagaru, there was no stopping Dhananjaya’s growth as an actor.
