Playfully taking a dig at his wife, Reynolds was standing next to TV screen while the Deadpool 3 trailer was playing and humorously asked if anyone had seen his wife. In response, The Shallows star, known for her wit, finally reacted with a similar post.
The upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe film has taken the internet by storm, emerging as the most anticipated movie of the year and the only MCU film slated for release in the current year. Although Reynolds’ character is loved by many, the excitement is for Hugh Jackman’s return as Wolverine, making him the center of attention. Meanwhile, following her return home from the game, Lively snapped a similar photo standing next to the TV, showing the Deadpool 3 trailer and responded to her husband’s earlier post, writing, “Honey, I’m home. My day was good. Yours?”

Meanwhile, talking about Hugh Jackman’s return as the iconic X-men character, Ryan in an interview with Collider had earlier said, “I always wanted Hugh to come back. My first meeting with Kevin Feige when Disney bought Fox years ago, maybe three years ago or three and a half, four years ago, I’m not sure, was about doing a movie with the two of us, a Deadpool Wolverine movie and that was not possible at the time. And then Hugh just happened to call at that perfect moment and express that he’d be interested in coming back and doing this one more time. He expressed interest in coming back and then it was my job to take that to Kevin Feige one more time and sell it.”
The Marvel Cinematic Universe is set for a massive change as Deadpool and Wolverine are here to rewrite the history. The film is expected to bring these characters into the MCU timeline, paving the way for a future collaboration with the Avengers. The star studded cast includes Ryan as Deadpool, Hugh as Wolverine, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa Carlysle, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Karan Soni as Dopinder, Stefan Kapicic as Piotr Rasputin/Colossus. The movie also features Emma Corrin and Matthew Macfadyen in undisclosed roles. Additionally, Jennifer Garner is expected to reprise her role as Elektra.
