Bigg Boss OTT 3 is making headlines. The reality show is all set to premiere on June 21. Actor Anil Kapoor is set to debut as the show’s host. This has created further anticipation regarding Bigg Boss OTT 3. Now, according to recent reports, his niece Anshula Kapoor has been approached for the show. The reports further mention that she has already given her nod to the show. Anshula Kapoor is the daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and the late Mona Shourie Kapoor. Anshula’s brother is actor Arjun Kapoor. She has often grabbed headlines for her views on body positivity and self worth. She also has a successful career of her own, and is reportedly a former employee of Google.
Reports also suggest that Anil Kapoor’s sister-in-law Maheep Kapoor has been approached for Bigg Boss OTT 3, but she is not willing to take part in it. Chandrika Dixit, famous as the Vada Pav Girl, has been declared as the first confirmed contestant of the show. Celebs Mika Singh, Jaaved Jaaferi, Shivangi Joshi, Harshad Chopda, Bhavya Gandhi, Sai Ketan Rao, Pratiksha Honmukhe Sheezan Khan, Tanushree Dutta, Trishala Dutt, Sana Sultan, Arhaan Behll, Shehzada Dhami and Ahana Deol have been reportedly approached as well.
Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor were close to their mother Mona Shourie Kapoor. They have often spoken about their bond with their mother. Earlier this year, Anshula Kapoor remembered her mother during a spoken word fest. Arjun Kapoor was also present there. He was seen wiping his tears and getting emotional.
Anshula shared the video on Instagram. She can be remembering her mother with lines like, “Tujhe jo banna hai, tujhe jo karna hai, tu kar (Be whatever you want to be). She always sad no matter what you do with your life, just make sure your heart is singing. Thank you for listening to her voice and mine. Rab rakha.” After Anshula Kapoor walked down the stage, Arjun Kapoor gave her a hug. She wrote in the caption, “As our Mom always said … Rab Rakha.”
