Anil Kapoor's Bigg Boss OTT 3 To Begin June 21, Actor Says 'Can't Wait To Bring My Own Flavour'
Bigg Boss OTT 3 will begin streaming on June 21. Anil Kapoor called the show timeless and said it feels like he is back in school.

Bigg Boss OTT is all set to return with its third season and this time, Anil Kapoor will be hosting the show. The makers left everyone surprised when they announced that Salman Khan had been replaced by Anil Kapoor as the popular show’s host. Bigg Boss OTT 3 will premiere on JioCinema Premium from June 21 onwards.

Speaking about hosting the reality show, Anil Kapoor said, “Bigg Boss OTT and I are a dream team! We’re both young at heart; people often say – jokingly – that I’m reverse ageing, but Bigg Boss is – seriously- timeless. It feels a bit like going back to school, trying something new and exciting.”

“Having said that, I’ve always approached all my projects with sincerity and a commitment to hard work and I’m going to bring that same energy times 10 to Bigg Boss! Unscripted reality has something for everyone – laughter, drama, and surprising twists, and I can’t wait to bring my own flavour to it,” Anil Kapoor added.

Anil Kapoor was announced as the host of the show in a promo last month in which he assured that this season will be “khaas”. Anil Kapoor will be the third host for Bigg Boss OTT. While Karan Johar hosted the first season, Salman Khan hosted the second season.

Interestingly, in April this year, Bigg Boss’ production house, Endemol Shine India took to its official Instagram handle to announce Bigg Boss OTT 3 with Salman Khan. They shared a poster in which Salman was seen pointing towards the audience asking, “Who do you want to see in Bigg Boss OTT?” However, the post was deleted later.

Meanwhile, it should be noted that all this comes at a time when Salman Khan has also been making headlines for firing outside his Mumbai apartment. On April 14, gunshots were fired outside Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra area. Later, it was reported that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang was alleged to be behind the attack. The gangster’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the shooting incident via a Facebook post.
