Amitabh Bachchan is currently very busy. He has been shooting back to back and often his photos from different sets go viral. Recently, he joined the shoot of his next film Vettaiyan in which he will be sharing screen space with Rajinikanth. Their photos have gone viral and fans are also reacting to this reunion. Later Amitabh Bachchan also shared a photo on his social handle.

Taking to his Instagram handle, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “Am honoured and privileged to be with the Thala the Great Rajni again .. he hasn’t changed at all .. the same simple humble down to earth friend despite his stratospheric greatness !!!” Earlier, Lycra Production house shared the photos on their X handle and wrote, “The Titans of Indian Cinema! Superstar @rajinikanth and Shahenshah @SrBachchan grace the sets of Vettaiyan in Mumbai, with their unmatched charisma.” In the photos, we can see Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth striking a pose in stylish black formals. They are even hugging and talking something serious. As soon as the photos were shared, fans reacted. Many dropped heart emojis in the comment section.

The poster has gone viral on social media. Taking to their Instagram handle, Lyca Productions shared posters and wrote, “Kuri vechachu. VETTAIYAN is all set to take charge in cinemas this OCTOBER Get ready to chase down the prey!” In the poster, Rajinikanth is seen posing with gun.

The title teaser, shared by Lyca Productions on social media, opens with Rajinikanth reading a book featuring Subhas Chandra Bose. The teaser suggests that Rajinikanth might be portraying the role of a professor, but it also features scenes of him with a lathi and holding a gun, reminiscent of his character in the recently released Jailer.

Vettaiyan is being helmed by T J Gnanavel. It stars Rajinikanth as the protagonist, with an ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan, Kishore, and Rohini. It is being produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under the banner of Lyca Productions. The music in the film is being given by Anirudh Ravichander, while S R Kathir is the cinematographer, and Philomin Raj is doing the editing.
