2002 hit and run case: Salman Khan didn't order drinks, says witness
The hit and run incident dates back to 2002 in which one person had died while four others had been injured.

According to defence's arguments no drunken driving case has been made out against Bollywood actor Salman Khan. The defence, while making its argument, also stated that the entire story was created on October 1 and when the original FIR was registered, there was no whisper about drunken driving.

It was also said that the chemical analyst's report is manufactured. Going by a witness' statement, Salman didn't even order drinks, it was his friends who had placed the order. And the bills of drinks were fabricated by the police officer.

The hit and run incident dates back to 2002 in which one person had died while four others had been injured.

Salman was charged with an additional charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder that is liable for a 10-year sentence. There have been several twists and turns in the 12-year hit and run case in the past too.
