  • A quarter cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped dry fruits

How to prepare?

  • Take the melon, peel it properly and cut it into cube shapes. Now, in a grinder transfer the chopped fruit and convert it into a thick paste.

  • Transfer the mixture to a glass jar or a bowl, and add the chia seeds to it along with the coconut milk. Mix all the ingredients and keep it in a refrigerator for two hours. You can also leave it overnight.

  • After the mentioned duration, take the mixture out and place the remaining melon pieces on the pudding. Make sure that it does not sink to the bottom of the utensil. Chop the dry fruits like almonds, cashews, pistachios and any dry fruit of your choice. Garnish the pudding with the chopped dry fruits and the succulent dessert is ready to eat.
