Serve with fresh fruit and a drizzle of high-quality honey.
Encourage your children to consume nutrient-dense foods such as seafood, lean meat, poultry, eggs, legumes, soy products, unsalted nuts and seeds. Ensure they consume a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and dairy. Minimise their intake of foods with added sugars and saturated fats, such as sugary snacks, sodas, pizzas, burgers and burritos.
By offering balanced meals rich in essential nutrients, you can support your child’s growth, development and overall well-being.
