INGREDIENTS
Lebanese Bread (Whole wheat Bread/White Bread): 6
Iceberg Lettuce: 40 grams
Tomatoes: 40 grams
Mushrooms Grilled: 20 grams
Coriander: 2 grams
Sprouts: 10 grams
Black Olives: 10 grams
Falafel: 100 grams
Hummus: 40 grams
Mint Mayonnaise: 35 grams
Chili Sauce: 35 grams
Cheddar Cheese: 10 grams
Salt & Pepper
METHOD
Step 1: Steam the pita bread for 10 seconds.
Step 2: Open along the sides up to 40%.
Step 3: Apply hummus on the lower base.
Step 4: Add Iceberg Lettuce, Tomatoes, Coriander, Sprouts, Black Olives.
Step 5: Next add the grilled falafel & mushroom followed by the sauces, mint mayonnaise & chilli.
Step 6: Sprinke some salt & pepper.
Step 7: Once all the ingredients neatly fit the pocket, roll the upper layer inward, roll the sandwich.
Step 8: Toast to perfection and serve.
