Mumbai: Newcomer Kayoze, son of noted actor Boman Irani, says though he has been a getting good response from industry people, he is in no hurry to do films back to back.
Kayoze made his acting debut with Karan Johar's directorial venture 'Student Of The Year' and won the hearts of audience as the tubby Sudo.
"Post 'Student Of The Year' I got lot of offers but I wanted to be picky and choosy and not do a film just for the heck of it. I don't think much about the length of the role or the banner, all this doesn't matter to me more as much as I love my role in the film," Kayoze told PTI.
"I found the story of 'Love Ka Hangover' very nice and agreed to do the film. Also, there are few other projects in pipeline as well but I can't talk about it," he said.
His next film tentatively titled 'Love Ka Hangover' is directed by Harman, brother of TV host and actor Rannvijay Singh.
The film is about three friends and how they help one of them get over a break-up.
"It is the most wacky story... it's a sweet comedy. I am enjoying shooting for it. I play a Delhi guy in the film and I did prepare for my role. I believe in giving lot of time to preparation so that the character that I play comes out well," Kayoze said.
The newcomer says he has learnt a lot from his father Boman Irani, who won accolades for his performances in films like '3 Idiots', 'Lage Raho Munnabhai', 'Munnabhai MBBS' and others.
"I do learn a lot of things from my dad by merely observing him, the way he approaches and prepares for a role. He never tells me how to work and what to do, I just observe him. He is a guide and mentor to me," Kayoze said.
